1. Services

We provide:

• Business setup & compliance services
• Website, application & branding solutions
• AI and automation services

All services are delivered as per the agreed scope, timelines, and pricing.

2. Engagement & Scope

• Services begin only after confirmation of payment
• Scope is strictly limited to what is agreed in writing (email/WhatsApp/proposal)
• Any additional work will be charged separately

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Submit required documents on time
• Cooperate during execution

Delays caused by the client may impact delivery timelines.

4. Payments

• All payments are advance / subscription-based
• Fees are non-refundable (see Refund Policy)
• Failure to pay may result in suspension of services

5. Intellectual Property

• All deliverables remain property of the Company until full payment is received
• Upon full payment, ownership (where applicable) is transferred to the client
• We reserve the right to showcase work in our portfolio

6. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party providers (e.g., hosting, payment gateways, APIs). We are not liable for failures or delays caused by them.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
• Not responsible for government delays (e.g., MCA, GST, trademark approvals)

8. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate services for misuse, non-payment, or policy violation

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
